  • Aid and assistance in navigating and preparing for strategic trade show participation in France and across the globe
  • Facilitating and coordinating collective overseas prospecting initiatives
  • Creating strategic partnerships, notably with the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM)

Taking action to help

our members tackle the many challenges facing micro and SME companies

  • Environmental Support Services:
    • Keeping track of environmental developments in partnership with the CTC
    • Research and development
    • Working together to measure carbon impact and setting up carbon footprint reduction plans
  • Talent Acquisition Assistance Services, Boosting sector attractiveness:
    • Producing films about Occupational and skill shortages, in partnership with OPCO2i
    • Setting up online matchmaking platforms for job seekers
    • Helping to put together job-specific training modules in partnership with the CTC and ITECH
  • Providing members with one-on-one support in legal, social, and environmental matters

Taking action to promote

leather tanning careers while enhancing the image and attractiveness of tanneries

    • Made in France (MIF) Trade Show, Porte de Versailles, Paris
    • Student Educational Forums in Paris and Lyon
  • Developing and running attention-grabbing social media campaigns (Instagram and LinkedIn) to reach the widest possible audience
  • Ongoing partnerships with leading educational and vocational training institutions:
    • Institut Français de la Mode – IFM
    • Compagnons du devoir (French skilled trades guild)
